This bank took $700.00 out of my account because of an error with Zelle. I spend over 2 Hours on the phone with them.

They DON'T have any explanation about where the money is. They only tell me it take 52 hours to come back into the account; Sam Garloff is the work customer service manager! This man was rude and has no business calling himself a manager or supervisor, he should call him self a *** The best part is how when you try to complain on line, it will not send it to customer service. I am currently on HOLD again to get a different BS ANSWER.

I am really mad mad mad.
