Why dont citizens bank pick the phone up literally im still waiting for almost 30 mins just bc my card was declined the system or whomever just declined my ward without messaging me on phone or email or anything saying everytime i go to the bank almost all the workers at the bank dont do nothing

Citizens Bank - Horrible

Constant overdraft fees due to their lack of information in your own account. Customer service is horrible and they misinform you constantly, nothing to be done for you no matter what. Biggest mistake financing with them!

Citizens Bank - Tried to pay of a charge card for my niece!

To Whom it may concern: I wanted to pay of a charge card for my niece, gave them my account number,routing number,here it is going on three weeks and the money is still in my account,than while talking with their agents, they give two amounts. I had it with this bank, and calling my attorney. See what he can do, worst bank in the USA.
