My wife recently went to our Local Branch in Oakland that we deal with every Day.
She was very successful getting our Platinum Account taken care of by Mr. Darko Nikolic NMLS ID # 104338.
We also have two Corporations that she owns , I Operate as the President. They were very successful for the longest time with Citizen Bank but last year they struggled because of the problems the Oil and Gas companies in P.A. resent Government elimination of some of the Oil and Gas local industry we lost several contracts, and we are not bringing in the revenue of the past.
Just recently I came across a company that we dealt with in the past that took out money from EMT to pay for software we did not order. I went to our branch, and they were trying to help us recover, the money.
It was for the 2020 Corporation taxes that were due. I was working with my tax return company that did my taxes every year. In order to give them all the information they need to proceed forward I would go on the internet and copy all years accounts for them both and explain the purchases and where the revenue came from and who the product was made for by EMT. I pulled Nitor off the Internet and proceeded to finalize my information for the Nitor Accountant.
Next I needed to get EMT ready for them and could not pull the Account up on the internet.
I met with Darko, and he told me that he would contact the people in their company that were involved with these problems. He told me that day he was still working with cooperate to get the information I requested he would send me the Account Statement by mail, or he would send them to me on my internet. Knowing that I was still going in and out of the hospital for Heart issues. He would make sure I received them either send them to me or if my wife could pick them up at the Oakland Branch.
Several Days later I received an E-Mail from Darko saying that he was told by them that they put the EMT Account Statement Information in the Archives and if I wanted them it would cost me $6.00 per z sheet and $30.00 per hour for us to get them.
Last years Copy for EMT were some in the 60s.
That alone would be $360.00 and throw in the labor cost that would probably be high if the same people were involved.
Darko apologized and ask if I wanted to proceed. With the payments even though we didnt know the total cost. I wrote back and told Darko that my wife and I would pull all three of our accounts if we needed to make a
Payment. We will tell our family members and friends what Citizens Oakland Branch is doing to us.
They are the people that we recommended joining the Oakland branch of Citizens because of the wonderful people that work in the Oakland branch.

I've had a loan with Citizens now going on 4 years. When I was in rehab and unable to make my payments in a timely manner, Citizens worked with me.
It was wonderful. Here in the past 1.5 years I'm back to working and my account is on track. Today, March 19, 2021 I had the horrible experience of dealing with people who cannot speak English. They were rude and very unprofessional.
I asked if they were in the United States, both said "yes". I also asked for a supervisor, that when they hung the phone in my ear. It happened four times. One female (not a lady) answered the phone as if she was talking to someone off the street or maybe at home.
I will never call Citizens again to make a payment. Going forward I will use the US Post Office.
I can't believe Citizens is doing so bad financially that it has to hire people from other countries for customer service, who cannot speak English. Customer Service is now dead at Citizens Bank. They don't deserve one star but after reaching someone 1.5 hrs.

Oh by the way Randy was just as horrible.
She hates her job and sounds as if she can't take it anymore. She was depressing.
